Welcome! I’m a commissioned Florida Notary Public, Remote Online Notary, (RON), and Certified Signing Agent based in Palm Bay, Florida.

Through Oliveira Mobile Notary Service, I provide professional and convenient mobile and remote online notarization services for individuals, families, attorneys, title companies, real estate professionals, and businesses.

For mobile appointments, I travel throughout Brevard County, including Palm Bay, Melbourne, and surrounding areas, and parts of Indian River County.
I meet clients at homes, offices, hospitals, nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, and assisted living facilities. With more than 30 years of experience in healthcare, customer service, and working with the public, I bring a calm, patient, and compassionate approach, especially when assisting clients and families in healthcare settings.

I assist with a wide variety of documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, living wills, guardianship documents, deeds, affidavits, real estate closings, refinance and loan packages, divorce and adoption documents, school forms, minor travel consent forms and more.

I also provide Remote Online Notarization (RON) for eligible documents, allowing clients to meet with me securely online from anywhere in Florida, throughout the United States, or internationally. Remote notarization is especially convenient for clients who are traveling, living out of state or overseas, or simply prefer to complete their notarization from home or the office.
