As the owner of CND Notary Experts, I specialize in mobile and remote notary services for Estate Planning, Real Estate closings, and general legal documentation.

With a background rooted in service and attention to detail, I work closely with attorneys, title companies, healthcare facilities, and individual clients to ensure documents are executed accurately and in compliance with state laws. Whether at the signing table or bedside, my goal is to make the process seamless, respectful, and stress-free.

I offer flexible scheduling—including evenings, weekends, and same-day appointments—and travel to homes, hospitals, nursing facilities, and offices to meet clients where they are.
