MOBILE APPOINTMENTS & FEES

My Indiana Notary, LLC provides professional mobile notary and identity-verification services, bringing services directly to clients’ homes, businesses, healthcare facilities, and other approved locations throughout the greater Indianapolis area.

For on-site appointments, a flat mobile convenience fee applies. This fee reflects the time commitment, scheduling coordination, availability, and operational requirements involved in delivering professional services outside of a fixed office location. The mobile convenience fee is not a per-mile charge and is not a reimbursement for travel expenses. It is separate from the statutory notarial act fee set by Indiana law.

PRICING TRANSPARENCY

Online scheduling tools may display estimated totals based on service location and standard appointment assumptions. Final pricing is confirmed prior to appointment acceptance and may include optional services requested by the client or required based on appointment scope; clients are never charged without prior approval.

Statutory notarial act fees are set by Indiana law and are charged separately from any mobile convenience or service-related fees.
